Amy Sheehan joined EyeBio as Chief Human Resources Officer in 2024 where she leads the Human Resources function across the Company. One of her primary roles will focus on building the organization to acquire key talent to help advance its lead candidate Restoret™ which is scheduled to advance into a pivotal Phase 2b/3 trial. Most recently Amy served as the Senior Vice President and Chief HR Officer for Iveric Bio where she led the Human Resources function from IPO through commercialization until the sale of the Company to Astellas for $5.9 billion.
She has held other senior human resources roles at Parker Hannifin and OSI Pharmaceuticals. Ms. Sheehan holds an MS in Human Resources Management and a BA in Psychology from Hofstra University.
